In fact, it offers similar performance as the .308 Winchester cartridge while outperforming the classic 30-30 hunting rifle - a proven favorite among hunters for generations. The 300 HAM'R cartridge is a force to be reckoned with, showcasing 18% more retained velocity, 40% greater energy, and a 56% flatter trajectory than the 300 BLACKOUT at 200 yards! Not to mention its remarkable accuracy and low recoil in an easily manageable AR platform rifle that uses the standard 5.56 Bolt. To ensure maximum reliability we recommend using a 300 Blackout magazine for optimal performance.

Wilson Combat AR Barrel Service Policy:

Wilson Combat cannot guarantee that AR parts will be compatible with all customer-built rifles due to the varied ammunition often available in commercial markets. Therefore, we strongly recommend customers consult a knowledgeable rifle smith before assembling any components for their build. If you have a firearm assembled from Wilson Combat components and it fails to perform, the first thing that needs checking is how well the barrel fits against the gas block. Additionally, examine your rifle's gas system/bolt carrier group for any possible issues or leaks. To ensure optimal reliability of your weapon, we strongly advise not installing an aftermarket buffer system; rather, use an adjustable gas block set on its highest open setting with no port restrictions.
