END PLATE, MAGPUL | ASAP
The ASAP (Ambidextrous Sling Attachment Point) grants shooters greater than 180 degrees of range-of-motion, enabling them to easily manipulate their weapon regardless of shooting hand.
The ASAP (Ambidextrous Sling Attachment Point) provides shooters with more than 180 degrees of mobility, allowing them to undertake any shooting activity comfortably and quickly no matter their dominant hand. This replaces the typical AR15/M4 carbine stock receiver end plate and prevents sling snagging while allowing a fast switch between the primary and reaction sides. The ASAP is compatible with one-point type slings featuring snap hook style attachments such as Magpul's Paraclip™ and MS3® Sling GEN2.
Engineered for strength and longevity, the ASAP is precision cast from steel with a QPQ ferritic nitrocarburized finish to fend off wear and corrosion. Its welded-link ring allows it to function seamlessly with both Mil-Spec and Commercial-Spec carbine receiver extensions (buffer tubes). To underpin its durability, extensive stress tests have been carried out on the ASAP - all surpassing 300lbs!

NOTE: The ASAP is NOT compatible with A1/A2 fixed stocks as well as any other similarly mounted stocks such as the Magpul PRS®, PRS® Lite, UBR®, MOE® Rifle, and MOE® Fixed Carbine Stocks.
