Our 5-axis CNC machines craft the QUELL with immense precision, resulting in a minimal POI shift and an extremely low risk of baffle strikes. This robust 5.5" long and 1.5" diameter suppressor is made from 100% hardened 17-4 PH Stainless Steel, which can withstand any environmental conditions you may find yourself in.

The QUELL fixed baffle stack boasts impressive sound signature reduction and the high heat tolerance required for contemporary service carbines and precision rifle platforms that fire many rounds. This durable construction allows it to be used in full-auto, supersonic rifles with pistol barrels and magnum caliber bolt guns - making it an ideal choice for any hard-use suppressor solution. Installing the QUELL "K-mount" muzzle interface is a breeze since you only need a 7/8" 12-point socket wrench. Once your suppressor has been removed, the black nitride-finished "K-Mount" will minimize flash, similar to an M16A1 flash hider. With this easy installation process and impressive results, it's no wonder that so many are turning to the K Mount for their needs.

K-Mount Muzzle Device Installation:

To ensure a secure and heat-resistant fit, insert your rifle barrel into a vise or an installation tool. Gently screw on the appropriate K-mount with only finger pressure – if it threads smoothly by hand, you can use a 7/8" 12-point socket attachment to torque up to 20-foot pounds MAX using a calibrated torque wrench inserted in the muzzle end. For added security, coat the barrel threads with Rocksett before tightening for semi-permanent utility.

Cleaning:

The QUELL Short is a "sealed" suppressor that does not require regular cleaning other than an occasional soak in the bore solvent or carbon cleaner of your choice, followed by compressed or canned air. Because it is completely sealed, we do not recommend firing lead projectiles in it.
