Since 1977, we have strived to provide our valued customers with superior firearms, parts, and accessories. Our policy of 100%, complete customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of doing business with Wilson Combat®. We want every experience you have in dealing with us to be pleasant and rewarding and we take pride in how we deliver our products and services.

If for any reason you are unhappy with a Wilson Combat® product, or Wilson Combat® service, or how your issue has been addressed by an employee of Wilson Combat®, feel free to contact our Customer Service Director using our contact form so your request is logged and tracked properly. In the event that you need to return or exchange a product, please follow the instructions on our Returns and Exchange page.

All prices are subject to change. Please contact us using our contact form or browse the catalog portion of our website for the most current pricing.

Due to the restrictive regulations around shipping and exporting firearms and parts, our customer satisfaction policy cannot apply to International customers outside the USA.  If you have a service-related issue with a Wilson Combat product or firearm outside the USA we will make every effort to rectify your problem but cannot guarantee return shipping, prompt service or inspection of your firearm. If you have a firearm that requires parts or service we recommend delivering the firearm to the authorized Wilson Combat distributor/dealer servicing your country or region.  If you do not have a distributor/dealer in your country or region, please contact us using our contact form so we can direct you to your closest service resource.

Wilson’s Gun Shop, Inc. expressly disclaims liability for incidental or consequential damages. As provided for below, we do not offer any written or implied warranty on our products and expressly disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

As a condition of sale, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this sale shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. On any claim related to goods or services sold by Wilson’s Gun Shop, Inc. jurisdiction for the arbitration shall be exclusively in Arkansas, regardless of where the claim may arise. No claim shall be actionable unless commenced within one year from the date of sale.

No parts sold by us are intended for installation except by a trained gunsmith, and parts and firearms sold by us are only intended for factory specification standard velocity ammunition. Any verbal representations made by us, related to installation, should be confirmed with your local gunsmith to ensure safe operation in your particular firearm.


Due to the complexities of complying with the Federal warranty law, Wilson’s Gun Shop, Inc. does not offer a written warranty. We continue to stand behind our products and services and to care for our customers, but we cannot make guarantees or warranties of any kind. This general statement of policies and disclaimers is effective July 1, 1985, and no prior statements or promises shall be of any effect for transactions after July 1, 1985.
