Returns and Exchanges Summary

Please allow 10 - 14 business days for returns to process. Shipping is the consumer's responsibility; no return shipping labels will be issued. For your return to be processed, you must submit the Returns and Exchange Form with your return merchandise.

Returns notes:

• Returns are accepted on new, unused, and unaltered merchandise in original packaging for 30 days from the ship date for a full refund, account credit, or exchange.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Returns on new, unused, and unaltered merchandise in the original packaging after 30 days will only be accepted for exchange or account credit and will incur a 10% restocking fee.
• No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
• Returns or exchanges for non-Wilson Combat products should be returned to the original manufacturer.
• All serialized item sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged. This includes all firearm and lower receiver purchases.
• All ammunition sales are final. Ammunition may not be returned or exchanged after delivery.
• All Clearance Item sales are final and may not be returned.

Returns instructions:

1. Contact Customer Service for an RMA #.
2. Include your original packing slip with your return. (Keep a copy for your records.)
3. Return all items in their original condition (and in their original packaging if possible) to Wilson Combat at the address provided.
4. Ship your postage-paid package via UPS or USPS. We recommend insurance and signature confirmation. We can’t process your refund, credit, or exchange if we do not receive the return.
5. Wilson Combat will not accept returns greater than 90 days from the date of purchase. Defective, non-Wilson Combat products should be returned to the original manufacturer.
6. Serialized items (firearms, lowers) and ammunition are non-returnable.
7. The form must be filled out completely to avoid delays.
