Please click the button below for a printable product return form. Including this form with the return merchandise is necessary for the return process.  Please see the return regulations on the form for any questions.

IMPORTANT - Failure to include the completed return form with RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) will result in your return being denied and will remain unprocessed. 

To process a return, you must submit a completed Returns and Exchange Form, including your assigned RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization), along with the merchandise.

Returns within 30 Days of Ship Date:

• Returns accepted on new, unused, and unaltered merchandise in original packaging are eligible for a full refund, account credit, or exchange.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility.
• Return shipping charges on exchange items are the customer’s responsibility. 

Returns after 30 Days of Ship Date:

• Returns of new, unused, and unaltered merchandise in original packaging are eligible for exchange or account credit only.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility.
• Return shipping charges on exchange items are the customer’s responsibility. 

Returns after 60 Days of Ship Date:

• Returns will not be accepted more than 60 days from the original ship date.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Serialized items (firearms and lower receivers)
• Ammunition
• Clearance items

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact Customer Service to obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization).
2. Complete the Returns and Exchange Form in full, including payment information if requesting a refund.
3. Ensure all items are in original condition (and original packaging, if possible).
4. Ship your postage-paid return via UPS or USPS to the address below. Insurance and signature confirmation are recommended.
