Returns and Exchanges Form

Please click the button below for a printable product return form. Including this form with the return merchandise is necessary for the return process.  Please see the return regulations on the form for any questions.

IMPORTANT - Failure to include the completed return form with RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) will result in your return being denied and will remain unprocessed. 

Returns and Exchanges Summary

Please allow 10 - 14 business days for returns to process before contacting Customer Service. Shipping is the consumer's responsibility; no return shipping labels will be issued. For your return to be processed, you must submit the Returns and Exchange Form complete with RMA # with your return merchandise.

Returns notes:

• Returns are accepted on new, unused, and unaltered merchandise in original packaging within 30 days from the ship date for a full refund, account credit, or exchange. Used, altered, or previously installed merchandise will not be accepted. 
• Shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the consumer.
• Returns on new, unused, and unaltered merchandise in the original packaging after 30 days (but within 90 days) will only be accepted for exchange or account credit and will incur a 10% restocking fee.
• No returns will be accepted after 90 days from the ship date.
• Returns or exchanges for non-Wilson Combat products must be returned to the original manufacturer.
• Sales on the following are FINAL and NON RETURNABLE: Serialized Items (Firearms / Lower Receivers), Ammunition, and Clearance Items. 

Returns instructions:

1. Contact Customer Service for an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization)
2. Complete the Return Form. Fill out this form in its entirety, including payment information. 
3. Return all items in their original condition (and in their original packaging if possible) to Wilson Combat at the address provided.
4. Ship your postage-paid package via UPS or USPS. We recommend insurance and signature confirmation. 
5. Wilson Combat will not accept returns greater than 90 days from the date of order shipment. 
6. Serialized items (firearms, lowers), ammunition, and clearance items are non-returnable.
