• US export regulations require all shipments from our online store to be sent to United States customers only.
• Check your local laws for any other regulations before ordering.  
• We make every attempt to ship your order of in-stock items within 3 - 5 business days.
• We ship orders Monday - Thursday, excluding holidays when Wilson Combat or our shipping providers are closed. 
• Out-of-stock items will be shipped upon their return to stock.  
• Please expect shipping delays during high-volume shopping periods.
• You will receive tracking information once the order has been prepared for shipment. 
• Please note that the majority of states now require tax to be collected on all parts of orders, including the shipping charges.
• All ammunition is considered hazardous and will be shipped Ground in the contiguous 48 states only to a verified street address.  Other state restrictions may limit your ability to purchase ammunition.  All items in an order containing ammunition will be shipped Ground.
• Many local and state restrictions exist that will limit your ability to purchase ammunition, firearms, firearms parts, magazines, and other items that Wilson Combat sells.
• Express shipping methods (Next Day, Second Day) cannot be used for PO Box destinations.  
• All orders going to a PO Box will ship SurePost.
• Steel targets and cardboard targets can only ship Ground.  Orders for these products will not be shipped to PO Box destinations.  All items in an order containing targets will be shipped Ground.

NOTE:  For firearms ordered online, we will automatically replace any non-compliant magazines for your state with compliant magazines on all firearms shipments to your FFL.  

NOTE:  Some firearms may not have state-compliant magazines available for them and will be unavailable for shipping to restrictive states.

NOTE:  Law Enforcement, Military, Government, and FFL holders with applicable documentation please call in to order magazines that are otherwise restricted in your state.

Wilson Combat applies the following rules to the shipment of magazines. 

• California:  No pistol or rifle magazines greater than 10 rounds.  [Cal. Penal Code § 16350]
• Colorado:  No pistol or rifle magazines greater than 15 rounds.  [Colo. Rev. Stat. §§ 18-12-301]
  • Boulder:  No pistol or rifle magazines greater than 10 rounds.  [Boulder Municipal Code Chapter 8]
• Connecticut:  No pistol or rifle magazines greater than 10 rounds. [Conn. Gen. Stat. §§ 53-202w]
  • You must have either a pistol permit, an eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver, or an eligibility certificate for a long gun to purchase legal magazines.  This is the customer's responsibility.  [DESPP requirements]
  • Immediately after your order, you must contact us via our contact form indicating that you need to provide us with a copy of your Connecticut permit or license, and a copy of your current driver's license with an address matching the shipping address for your order.  You must include your order number in this contact message.  We will then contact you and ask you to send these documents as attachments to your email reply.  Any order containing magazines will be canceled if this information is not received within 24 hours of our reply email to you, or after 2 business days if you do not contact us at all after placing your order.  You must complete this process for every order.
• Delaware:  No pistol or rifle magazines greater than 17 rounds.  [Del. Code Ann. tit. 11, § 1469(a)]
• District of Columbia (Washington D.C.): No pistol or rifle magazines greater than 10 rounds. [D.C. Code Ann. §§ 7-2506.01(b); 7-2507.06(a)(4)]
• Hawaii:  No pistol magazines greater than 10 rounds.  [Haw. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 134–8(c)
• Illinois:  No rifle magazines over 10 rounds. No pistol magazines over 15 rounds. [720 ILCS 5/24-1.10]
• Maryland:  No pistol or rifle magazines greater than 10 rounds.  [Md. Code Ann., Crim. Law § 4-305]
• Massachusetts: No pistol or rifle magazines greater than 10 rounds.  [Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 140, §§ 121, 131M]
• New Jersey:  No pistol or rifle magazines greater than 10 rounds.  [N.J. Stat. Ann. § 2C:39-1(y)]
• New York:  No pistol or rifle magazines greater than 10 rounds.  [N.Y. Penal Law §§ 265.00(23)]
• Oregon:  No pistol or rifle magazines greater than 10 rounds.  [Oregon Measure 114, 2022]
• Rhode Island:  No pistol or rifle magazines greater than 10 rounds.  [R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 11-47.1-2, 11-47.1-3(a)]
• Vermont:  No rifle magazines over 10 rounds. No pistol magazines over 15 rounds.  [Vt. Stat. Ann. tit. 13, § 4021]
• Washington:  No pistol or rifle magazines greater than 10 rounds.  [WA S.B. 5078]

Wilson Combat applies the following rules to the shipment of ammunition.

• All states:  Orders containing ammunition can only be shipped Ground.  This will apply to the entire order, for all items in the order.
• Alaska:  No sales of ammunition.
• California: [2/5/2024] Must be shipped to a current and valid FFL.  Orders received that are not shipped to a current and valid FFL address will be automatically canceled.  Ammunition vendor licenses issued by the state of California are not an acceptable alternative. 
  • WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including lead, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer and reproductive harm. For more information go to p65warnings.ca.gov.
• Connecticut:  You must have either a pistol permit, an eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver, or an eligibility certificate for a long gun to purchase ammunition.  [DESPP requirements]
  • Immediately after your order, you must contact us via our contact form indicating that you need to provide us with a copy of your Connecticut permit or license, and a copy of your current driver's license with an address matching the shipping address for your order.  You must include your order number in this contact message.  We will then contact you and ask you to send these documents as attachments to your email reply.  Any order containing ammunition will be canceled if this information is not received within 24 hours of our reply email to you, or after 2 business days if you do not contact us at all after placing your order.  You must complete this process for every order.
• District of Columbia (Washington D.C.):  No sales of ammunition.
• Guam:  No sales of ammunition.
• Hawaii:  No sales of ammunition.
• Illinois:  You must have a valid FOID card.
  • Immediately after your order, you must contact us via our contact form indicating that you need to provide us with a copy of your FOID card, and a copy of your current driver's license with an address matching the shipping address for your order.  You must include your order number in this contact message.  We will then contact you and ask you to send these documents as attachments to your email reply.  Any order containing ammunition will be canceled if this information is not received within 24 hours of our reply email to you, or after 2 business days if you do not contact us at all after placing your order.  You must complete this process for every order.
• Massachusetts:  No sales of ammunition.
• New Jersey:  You must have a valid FPID card.

• New York:  No sales of ammunition.
• Peurto Rico:  No sales of ammunition.
• Rhode Island:  You must have a valid Pistol/Revolver Safety Certificate, also known as the "blue card". [Natural Resources Bureau requirements]
  • Immediately after your order, you must contact us via our contact form indicating that you need to provide us with a copy of your Pistol/Revolver Safety Certificate card, and a copy of your current driver's license with an address matching the shipping address for your order.  You must include your order number in this contact message.  We will then contact you and ask you to send these documents as attachments to your email reply.  Any order containing ammunition will be canceled if this information is not received within 24 hours of our reply email to you, or after 2 business days if you do not contact us at all after placing your order.  You must complete this process for every order.

Handguns shipping to any state listed above that has magazine capacity restrictions will automatically have their standard higher capacity magazines swapped to state-compliant capacity magazines. Some firearms may not have state-compliant magazines available for them and will be unavailable for shipping to restrictive states.

• California:  Sales are only to current MIL/LEO or FFL holders.  Please call in to order.  Will ship with only 10-round magazines (or less as applicable for handgun model).
  • For California Compliant pistols, please call in to start your custom build.
• Connecticut:  Will ship with only 10-round magazines (or less as applicable for handgun model).
  • You must have either a pistol permit, an eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver, or an eligibility certificate for a long gun to purchase legal magazines.  This is the customer's responsibility.  [DESPP requirements]
  • Immediately after your order, you must contact us via our contact form indicating that you need to provide us with a copy of your Connecticut permit or license, and a copy of your current driver's license.  You must include your order number in this contact message.  We will then contact you and ask you to send these documents as attachments to your email reply.  Any order containing handguns will be canceled if this information is not received within 24 hours of our reply email to you, or after 2 business days if you do not contact us at all after placing your order.  You must complete this process for every order.
• Illinois: Will ship with only 15-round magazines (or less as applicable for handgun model).
  • Immediately after your order, you must contact us via our contact form indicating that you need to provide us with a copy of your FOID and a copy of your current driver's license.  You must include your order number in this contact message.  We will then contact you and ask you to send these documents as attachments to your email reply.  Any order containing handguns will be canceled if this information is not received within 24 hours of our reply email to you, or after 2 business days if you do not contact us at all after placing your order.  You must complete this process for every order.
• Massachusetts:  Sales are only to current FFL holders.  Please call in to order.  Will ship with only 10-round magazines (or less as applicable for handgun model).
• Rhode Island:  You must have a valid Pistol/Revolver Safety Certificate, also known as the "blue card". [Natural Resources Bureau requirements]

Some states, as listed below, specifically restrict sales and transfer of AR lower receivers. Wilson Combat will restrict sales and shipping of AR lower receivers in any state where AR pattern rifles are restricted, regardless of whether that state specifically restricts AR lower receivers or not.

AR pattern rifles shipping to any state listed above that has magazine capacity restrictions will automatically have their standard higher capacity magazines swapped to state-compliant capacity magazines.

• California:  Lower receivers (AR receivers) cannot be sold or shipped.
• California:  AR pattern rifles cannot be sold or shipped, except those noted as "California Compliant". AR pistols cannot be sold or shipped.
• Connecticut:  AR pattern rifles cannot be sold or shipped. AR pistols cannot be sold or shipped.
• Delaware:  AR pattern rifles cannot be sold or shipped. AR pistols cannot be sold or shipped.
• District of Columbia (Washington D.C.):  AR pattern rifles cannot be sold or shipped. AR pistols cannot be sold or shipped.
• Hawaii:  AR pattern rifles cannot be sold or shipped. AR pistols cannot be sold or shipped.
