Starting at a young age I was introduced to firearms and a variety of shooting sports. While enjoyable, nothing in my opinion compared to competing in IDPA. I have my father to thank for sharing his passion and drive for competitive shooting.
After a few years of practice and dedication, my mentors encouraged me to attend my very first State IDPA match at the age of 14. Although I was hesitant, with perseverance and relying on my skill and training, I earned High Junior. At the conclusion of that match, I was hooked.
A year later, thanks to the support and encouragement of my family and friends, I was honored to be asked to be a Junior Shooter on the Wilson Combat Shooting Team.
I am dedicated to improving myself and my shooting abilities with the help of fellow teammates, shooters and mentors who have helped me to get to where I am today.
