Controlled Chaos bullets offer the best of both worlds when it comes to ballistic performance. This bullet is optimal for use in 30-30 Winchester loads. 

Please note that these are bullets (projectiles) only for reloading. This product is not loaded ammunition that is ready to use in a firearm.

There are two philosophies when it comes to bullets. One believes rapid expansion, moderate penetration, and weight loss are best, while the other believes that moderate expansion, deep penetration, and virtually no weight loss are best. Both have their virtues and applications, but why settle for one or the other when you can have both?

Controlled Chaos ® bullets offer the best of both. Once fluid is impacted, they shed the front portion of the bullet into multiple petals that radiate outward away from the bullets initial trajectory path resulting in a massive energy spike. The bore diameter base of the bullet continues and penetrates deeply in a straight line. Both the temporary and permanent wound cavity created by this bullet separation is dramatic resulting in quick incapacitation.  The solid base creates additional tissue damage and often results in full penetration of the animal.

The Controlled Chaos ® bullet doesn’t expand or fragment when it impacts hard barriers like drywall, only when it impacts fluid, where it expands, fractures, and does its devastation.

    Reloaded in 1894 Win. (1906 model) with red dot sight. With Levelution powder, fed 210 primer, at 50 yards top load 34 gr. (started at 32 gr.) group got tighter and tighter. Last two touching!

    These 140gn controlled chaos bullets are absolutely awesome. They are perfect for my project testing. I shot at different materials in .308 Winchester, 30.06 Remington and .300 win mag. They perform above my expectations of what I thought they would. They are my go-to bullets for testing and hunting.

    This bullet really beat my expectations. This bullet gave me a 1" group at 100 yards. IMR-7828 = 100 grains. Case Length = 2.79" FPS = 3698 Standard Deviation = 12.74 This is my first test load. I am sure I can bring it in by adjusting the head spacing. These bullets are perfect, they identical to each other. That's huge when you are trying to put a hole into a hole. Great job David.
