The 255-grain L-SWC features a sharp shoulder transition between the cylindrical body and reduced-diameter nose, producing a clean-cut, full-caliber hole in paper.

Loaded to velocities that ensure reliable cycling through Guncrafter's .50 GI 1911 platform and Glock conversion units, this load duplicates the felt recoil impulse of defensive ammunition closely enough to make it a legitimate training analog. Lead construction keeps cost per round below the copper hollow point loads, making sustained practice sessions economically viable. For the shooter building the muscle memory and platform familiarity that defensive proficiency demands, the 255 L-SWC is the round to run.
