This bolt carrier assembly features a black phosphate coating and is precision machined from Carpenter 158, shot peened for increased strength and includes a tool steel extractor and ejector making it incredibly tough. The hardened steel 8620 carrier also features forward assist cuts for added reliability. Additionally, the gas key is properly staked to ensure it won't fail at the most inopportune moment. This bolt carrier assembly is used in Wilson's fully-built rifles and will provide unbeatable performance and durability for any shooter who needs dependability they can trust.

NOTE: The only difference between “semi-auto” and “full-auto” carriers are the carrier weight and external profile. The “full-auto” carrier is slightly heavier to provide more mass and lower cyclic rate that can benefit carbine length and shorter gas systems, short barreled/suppressed rifles and machine guns. The “semi-auto” carrier is slightly lighter to provide the least amount of recoil impulse for rifle length gas systems and it's design makes reinstalling the firing pin easier after cleaning.

    Was having gas related issues with my Aero nickel-boron coated BCG....this black phosphate coated WC BCG made my rifle function smoother and showed an accuracy increase when paired with my Aero upper receiver. The phosphate finish really holds onto lubricating oils as well which is a plus.

    I bought this for my m16A4 clone build. Fit perfectly in a BCM 20 government profile upper. I preferred this over a BCM BCG because I dont like markings/laser engraved logos on my BCGs. So far, Ive shot 100 rounds of .223 55 gr. and it has functioned 100%.

    Received mine in the mail as a spare for my AR-15 and very pleased. First thing I did was to break it down and clean and lube it and do a visual check and was very impressed by the excellent workmanship and extra happy with the sale price Wilson had on it and couldnt pass on that deal. Now I got to go to the range and test it out.

    The BCG came in yesterday and took it to the range and fired everything from steel to brass and not a single problem. Staking was amazing and head space was right on the money. I would not hesitate to buy from Wilson as you get Wilson guarantee and quality.
