    This dropped in with no fitting. The slide to bushing fit is everything you want, snug without being overly tight, and the barrel fit is just right to assure accuracy and reliability. Very pleased.

    Dont Get Frustrated

    Colt bushings were unavailable in stainless, so I took a chance on this. It definitely needs fitting, but after some material removal and polishing, its starting to fit... Small steps,... but it should work out fine.

    Very Tight

    I didnt understand the need for a bushing wrench until I got this bushing. The original on my Commander would allow the barrel to move side to side. After fitting this bushing to the slide, there is no barrel movement at all. I highly recommend this bushing and order a bushing wrench with it.

    Bought it for my ATI 1911 to use with Wilsons full length guide rod.Unfortunately it doesnt fit my gun and to much work would have to done to make it fit. Great looking piece though.
