NOTE: Most factory installed bushings require removal of rear staking for new bushing installation. Re-staking or Loctite 242/2711 are acceptable ways to secure your new bushing in the frame.

    I bought these for a low serial number, early made full size Metro Arms Corps American Classic II 1911. The outside threads on the new bushing were finer than on the OEM bushings I was trying to replace. The ones I bought simply will not screw into the grip frame. The inner threads in to which the screws go appear to be standard and would take the old OEM screws. I can't fault the seller but I'd caution to check thread size before ordering.
