    First off, great quality. Dropped into place on my Springfield Armory 1911A1. Had to run a drill bit through as the holes didn’t quite line up 0.005”off(just enough to catch the roller pin).

    Magwell That Ends Well...

    Installed this on my Para Pro Comp 40. As the description on Wilsons website says this magwell does require hand fitting so if youre not familiar with 1911 parts take this to a gunsmith for installation. Once installed it worked beautifully. Combine this with the Wilson Combat magazine I ordered and I now have smooth and fast reloads.

    Very happy with this purchase. The machining on it is flawless. The checkering feels fantastic. The blued finish on it is beautiful. Installation was very easy and it fits my Springfield Garrison perfectly. I put some hyena brown VZ Operator 2 grips on my 1911 along with this magwell and now it looks and feels amazing. Wilson Combat products are top notch!!

    High Quality Magwell

    This is a fine high quality one peice Magwell no surprises from Wilson Combat they have great products, i installed it on my Kimber 1911 gov. I had to do some fitting, also the hole didn't line perfectly so i had to file a little bit, i blend it myself it looks and functions great, the only down side is the price its extremely expensive other than that its probably the best Magwell out there.

    First Thing I Did

    I have a Wilson Combat .460 Rowland Hunter that did not come with the magwell. First thing I did was to order a blued one piece full size magwell to make my gun look right. It fit perfectly and blended in well with the Armor-Tuff black coating on the pistol because the bluing is so dark. I use my .460 Rowland for my EDC and feel comfortable with its new magwell.

    No Fitting Required On Colt

    Installed on a Colt Combat Commander,went on without the need for any fitting whatsoever! Most excellant fit and finish. Could not recommend more.

    Great Fit

    I bought this for my new Colt 1911 competition. The installation could not have been easier. It’s helpful to have a 1/4” punch and a vice to depress the mainspring. It took less than 5 minutes to install. Now I’m waiting for my double diamond black cherry Colt, magwell cut grips from VZ. Thanks for a great part Wilson.

    Purchased this magwell for my old CQB. Installed in about 10 mins which included a new set of WC Flat Bottom grips. Perfect fit and looks excellent. Highly recommended.

    This upgrade fit in my Colt Commander perfectly without needing any modification. It makes mag changes smoother and is truly a quality part. Looks good too. If you are thinking of adding a magwell, Wilson is the way to go.
