Wc Billet Upper , Black Armor Tuff.
This upper receiver is a classic, solid and machining is top notch, as always. This is the 4th WC billet receiver I own, there is a reason I come back for more. Tighter BCG raceway, top notch machining, can pin recess has a nice machined transition inside upper, vs the sharp edge that gets rounded off in your typical forged upper. To top it off, WC customer service has always exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work WC team!

Billet Upper/Lower
Very nice receivers. I built a custom 300 BLK with a stainless fluted barrel. Looks outstanding. I used frog lube on the receivers and the finish just rejected the lube like oil on a Teflon frying pan. The attachment pin for the bolt release is threaded, not a push pin, which surprised me. Takes a 1/16 Allen wrench. The pin hole for the dust cover is different too, no c clip. The hole for the rear take down pin spring hole is hidden under the grip too. Just a few notes to help the next guy.

Great Upper
I own two of these & the dominating feature for me is the tight BCG raceway. Theres hardly any noticeable play between the BCG & the receiver. I have two other billet uppers of comparable cost & you can feel the difference in the amount of play. Im positive this tight fit enhances accuracy of my rifles. I highly recommend the Wilson Billet upper receiver.
