    I've had a similar one (V.C.) on a home defense 870 wingmaster. I saw these on sale and snagged 3 to try on a few of my field wingmasters. Had all 3 installed in less than 15 minutes. I wasn't looking forward to the ridges on the dome side, but they are a non issue. I'll be ordering a handful more for the rest of my 870 and 1100 shotguns.

    Dome Head Safety Upgrade

    When nerves overtake clear thought, the Dome Head will serve to remind you to take the weapon off safe. Helen Keller would have no difficulty disengaging the safety. Excellent design.

    I like this Wilson dome safety much better than the Vang Comp because it has some texture to it. The other is smooth. Works well.

    Relatively easy install if you have any gunsmithing skills. Fit and function is flawless. The dome does stick out some even when the safety is “off”. This promotes proper finger positioning on the trigger, in my opinion.
