Simple drop in
Tiasa A1 WC spring and pin set. BP firing pin,sear and disco. WC commander hammer and beavertain grip safety. WC flat recoil spring and needed GI guiderod. Such a different gun. Very impressive as all parts were drop in. No file or sandpaper was needed. Too easy.

Perfect fit with the Bulletproof hammer!
I used this sear with the Ultralight Bulletproof hammer and replaced as many of the parts as I could with the Wilson Combat Bulletproof parts as my pistol would allow because I'm rocking a Remington R1 Tactical DS 1911 (pretty much a Para Ordnance Black Ops 14.45) so there were some things like the trigger and magazine release and mag well that I unfortunately had to use someone else's parts. Otherwise the whole thing aside from the slide, barrel, grip safety and frame is Wilson Combat Bulletproof parts, even the mainspring housing, pins, and springs are Wilson parts in it (still saving to put a Wilson High Ride grip safety). I polished up the disconnecter and sear using fret erasers that are used to polish up frets on guitars so that I didn't change the geometry of the parts and I'm not a fan of compounds for polishing stuff. The fret erasers go up to 8000 grit which is perfect, but I did not touch the nose of the sear, I steered clear of that trusting that Wilson made it how they claim they do and they did because it was perfect with the Ultralight Bulletproof hammer! My DS 1911 is now amazing for what it is! Thank you for making the best parts out there!

Good part!
I got one of these to go along with a retro commander hammer for a Colt Government Stainless .45. It surprisingly didn't need much fitting to go along with the hammer and offers a noticeable improvement over the Colt OEM parts.

Works in Lar grizzly’s
Replaced all of my internal parts in my Lar grizzly 44 mag and 45 win mag with Wilson bulletproof no fitting required surprisingly! Night and day difference on the trigger pull.

Incredible, High Quality Sear
Replaced all of the cheap MIM parts in my S&W E-Series with Wilson Bullet Proof parts. The sear was the cherry on top. Crisp, clean, glass break of a trigger. Best part of it is she dropped right in, no fitting required. Now I have an EDC I can trust with my life. Thanks Wilson!

Works Well, Rusts Quickly
I do love Wilson Combat parts, their quality and durability, but these bullet proof sears and disconnectors (#573) rust easily. I bought them to upgrade my Springfield 1911 Loaded. By the way, these sears and disconnectors do not fit the Springfield thumb safety and hummer, but they fit perfectly with the Wilson Combat hummer #299S and thumb safety #6SN. No fitting is required if you just install together #573 + #314 + #299S + #6SN into the Springfield frame using earthier original Springfield or Wilson Combat pins. I existed in these parts until my cleaning process. My cleaning process = ultrasonic cleaner + tap water rinse + compressed air duster (immediately) + gun oil bath + microfiber cloth wiping = clean parts which are covered by a thin oil layer. All my parts including Springfield stainless steel parts as well as Wilson Combat Bullet Proof parts as well as Wilson Combat stainless steel parts do not rust after a lot of my cleaning process sessions, but these disconnectors and sears get rusty after the first cleaning. As a result, -2 starts, looking for a substitution, still love other Wilson Combat parts.

Amazing Quality
This is a beautiful part, you can tell a lot of engineering and thought was given when designing it. For my Colt Govt though it was not drop in. The sear nose was too long. This is a good thing though as my gunsmith shaped it properly to the right dimensions.

This Is A Beautiful Part!
Im in the process of upgrading all the internal parts on my Kimber Custom II to Wilson Combat parts. I installed the WC sear, along with a WC disconnect, sear spring, and firing pin spring. The sear is absolutely beautiful. Its probably the smoothest part Ive ever seen right out of the bag. It required some minor fitting of the thumb safety, but beyond that it dropped right in. Everything Ive installed has been of the highest quality. If you cant afford one of their guns, do yourself a favor and invest in their parts to upgrade your production gun. It will be the best investment youll ever make. Great parts and great service, Thanks Wilson Combat!
