Great Upgrade
Purchased a 1979 Colt Commander in Satin Nickel from an auction. Went to the range and had many out of battery rounds per magazine. Figuring the age of the firearm, a new set of springs was warranted. Installed the kit along with some new Wilson 1911 springs and followers for some old stainless steel mags and back out to shoot. 99% of the problems gone, but the first round out of 4 different kinds of mag would go high out of battery. Retuned the extractor from 72 in-lbs to 28 and all is well. Runs like a champ! Thank you, WC, for quality products.

Nearly Drop In Upgrade Kit For A Sig C3 1911
I ordered this kit, in conjunction with the one piece guide rod 25C for my SIG C3 Talo edition. Absolutely fantastic drop in upgrade it for the firearm but there were two points to be aware of. The C3 is a bit of a Frankenstein gun, with a Commander slide on an officers frame. So the sear spring needs a slight adjustment due to the shorter grip. When first installed my grip safety was inoperative, using some pliers i put a little more bend in the arm that presses on the grip safety, and function was restored. Likewise, the kit comes with a full size main spring for normal commander models. This will not fit in an officer size main spring housing. You will want to order spring P745CS-18 to complete the install. Aside from the sear spring modification, the rest is a strait forward drop in affair. Looking forward to range testing the gun with the new parts, seat of the pants improvement is slight, as the SIG trigger was already excellent. a WC sear and disconnecter are next on the list of upgrades.

Comander Frame Officer Slide
I had purchased a colt commander framed pistol with an officers slide over it . this was a set up right out of the 70s. worn out it would not run. i purchased this spring set ,bullet proof fire pin, extractor, and full length guide rod. now full restored i am at 350 rounds with out one hiccup. im am very impressed with wilson combat thank you.
