This reliable and sturdy trigger can be relied upon to provide reliability when you need it most! It also has a reduced reset for rapid follow-up shots and its unique hammer geometry ensures reliable firing with all types of military and surplus ammo. Plus, it meets or exceeds drop safety standards due to its 1911-style half-cock notch. 

Constructed with H13 heat-treated trigger, hammer, sear, and a stainless steel spring for straightforward installment, our pre-assembled CNC machined housing will ensure bulletproof reliability. Compatibility Notes:

  • Colt brand rifles made for commercial use between 1991 and 2009 will generally have a proprietary trigger pin size of .169” and are not compatible with any Wilson TTU
  • Colt rifles produced with pinned-in sear blocks are not compatible with any Wilson TTU
  • Wilson Combat TTU is not compatible with the Bushmaster ACR
  • The MR556 and any other AR-style rifle with a firing pin safety mechanism in the bolt carrier is only compatible with the TTU 3G (TR-TTU-3G) or Two Stage Models (TR-TTU-M2)
  • With .22 LR AR conversions or complete .22LR caliber AR-pattern rifles it is recommended that the two-stage TTU (TR-TTU-M2) trigger be used along with high or hyper-velocity ammunition for best reliability
  • The TTU is compatible with the S&W MP-10 .308 AR but the rifle's ambidextrous bolt catch must first be removed to install the trigger unit
  • Because of the short, fast reset of the TTU, always use a firm grip and solid hold when shooting from the bench or prone to ensure that bump firing does not occur.

    Ttu-M2 And Ttu-H2 Triggers

    I've built at least ten lowers! They all have 2 stage Wilson Combat TTU triggers! I'm an engineer so I analyze everything mechanical or electrical that I buy. These triggers do not retrograde when you pull the trigger! The sears are on a srem on the back of the hammer! A brilliant design! Let off is like breaking a glass rod with absolutely no perceptible trigger movement! Concentration is on the target and not on when is the rifle going to fire. So, there's nothing else to say other than the pins neither roll, walk or wear on your receiver! Best bang for my buck, or, yours!

    I have 2 of the gen 1 triggers. That is just the trigger, hammer, disconnect,springs and pins. I have one in my swat firearms 5.56 and one in my 308 build. Both triggers are a dream to shoot. Both have that right there reset. I have not had a lot of experience with the other trigger sets. But to me this is as good as it gets. I think I will replace the one in my 308 build with the Paul Howe set. Put the other one back in my sharps 25/45/ 300 ham’r setup.

    For some time Ive sworn by Gieselle trigger systems, no more! This trigger is truly smooth as silk. Great upgrade and or for a fresh build. You truly get what you pay for.
