    my favorite cleaning tool

    this is one of my favorite cleaning tools, it is great for slide rails, and inside the grip, it allows a good grip, and no worries about marring the gun finish. I prefer this over the metal “dental tools”, or cotton swabs that snap off with pressure. I have used mine for years, and it is still in good shape.

    This is a great tool for its intended purpose of slide rails but I use it for cleaning much more in handguns and rifles / shotguns including the pesky bolt locking area just before chamber on AR15. Use the tool to swipe patches around in there. Amazing junk comes out !

    Been shooting since 1957 and never had a REALLY GREAT TOOL to clean rails, slots, and channels UNTIL I GOT #718. Gets the gunk. grime, and carbon OUT! Put solvent on a patch, place in slot, then 'work in' #718 back and forth. Clean as a hound's tooth!

    Excellent Cleaning Tool For All Weapons!

    This tool is great for getting into rails, breaches and those tough spots that a Q-Tip just wont get. I thought my weapons were spotless until I used this tool and found all kinds of residue I missed using my old cleaning methods. Highly recommended!
