Excellent!
For those with smaller hands or shorter fingers this part is worth the try. Installed easy and functions flawlessly!

Nice upgrade
Hate plastic parts in my guns. Upgraded with this trigger. Fit perfectly. Had no issues installing other than a short lived fight with trigger bar spring. Dental pic is a huge help. Trigger dropped right in no need to sand etc.

Poor Design
Removal of the back between the two pin holes creates a void for the spring to fall into the trigger guard area aggravating installation. Also the trigger curviture is the same as with the stock trigger. It gets five stars as anything less it seems obvious are edited out.

A Happy Accident
I bought this trigger to replace the polymer factory trigger. Unfortunately, I found that it was not "drop in" ready. I had to use a little force to get it into place and when testing the trigger it would not reset, it stayed all the way back. I removed the trigger and wet sanded the area where it was tight within the receiver (about 1/2400 of an inch). After the action was satisfactory, I noticed there was too much of the black coating removed and made the trigger look tacky (my fault). Just to see what it would look like I sanded down both sides of the trigger, leaving the front and back with the black coating, I discovered the "happy accident". the trigger looks great that way and the action works smoothly.

Great Trigger
The trigger was easy to install. Combined with WC new style trigger spring, deluxe hammer and upgraded spring, the pull is perfect

Upgrade To Metal If U Hv Plastic
I purchased a 2001 M9, the factory trigger is steel....and the only difference in this trigger and the factory is the finish. not "short reach" at all

A Must For Medium Sized Hands
When I first got my Beretta I immediately noticed how large it was. So much so shooting without a direct support hand greatly lowered my accuracy. With the addition of the #16 D-spring, the short reach trigger, and the ultra thin grips my support hand becomes just that, a support hand. The double action trigger pull was a pain and the semi trigger pull left a little to be desired. With the lower tension and the improved grip I my accuracy has improved ten-fold.

Excellent Improvement
If you think the triggers are identical, turn them 90 degrees and look again. The short reach trigger has a longer slot in the top. Trigger travel with this mod is the same in double action which is a safety feature but _much_ shorter in single action. Performs exactly as expected, and for a low price. Only difficult part of installation was wrangling the trigger bar spring. I ended up using a dental pick to get the end in place.
