Controlled Chaos bullets offer the best of both worlds when it comes to ballistic performance. This bullet is optimal for use in .22-250 Remington, .223 Remington, and 5.56x45mm NATO loads.

Please note that these are bullets (projectiles) only for reloading. This product is not loaded ammunition that is ready to use in a firearm.

There are two philosophies when it comes to bullets. One believes rapid expansion, moderate penetration, and weight loss are best, while the other believes that moderate expansion, deep penetration, and virtually no weight loss are best. Both have their virtues and applications, but why settle for one or the other when you can have both?

Controlled Chaos ® bullets offer the best of both. Once fluid is impacted, they shed the front portion of the bullet into multiple petals that radiate outward away from the bullets initial trajectory path resulting in a massive energy spike. The bore diameter base of the bullet continues and penetrates deeply in a straight line. Both the temporary and permanent wound cavity created by this bullet separation is dramatic resulting in quick incapacitation.  The solid base creates additional tissue damage and often results in full penetration of the animal.

The Controlled Chaos ® bullet doesn’t expand or fragment when it impacts hard barriers like drywall, only when it impacts fluid, where it expands, fractures, and does its devastation.

No other bullet on the market offers the accuracy and repeatable terminal performance of the Controlled Chaos ®.

Controlled Chaos ® bullets are currently available in the following diameters: .204, .224, .243, .257, .264, .277, .284, .308, .311, .355, and .358.

Solid copper Controlled Chaos ® bullets meet the criteria of states and jurisdictions calling for lead-free projectiles.

    Exceeded my expectations

Posted by Frank Moncada on Nov 7th 2023

I bought this Bullets with some apprehension I love shooting 223 Remington, but in my opinion, it’s a little under power on Coyotes sometimes they run off. The reason I decided to try the 55 grain control chaos is because I’ve seen so many videos of the YouTube channel Coyote down and they kill like lining for them so I worked up a load for my Christiansen Arms MPR 16 inch rifle going 3117 ft./s. I try them yesterday and I’m happy to report I killed a double I shot the lead coyote at 110 yards the other one ran off and the Fox Pro switch to screaming puppies in about 15 the other one came back it was around 135 yards I shot it also they both dropped on their tracks surprising me there was quite a bit of blood coming out of the entrance holes. Great Bullet will continue to use it. It gives me more confidence using the 223 Remington now I can take a break from the 6 mm ARC when I feel like it.

Have gotten a box of these loaded and another of the 62 grn CC. They shoot very tight groups in my AR. Hope to try them on sometime furry soon.

    Turns a .223 into a killer

Posted by KO on Jan 2nd 2023

These transfer energy and immobilize game much faster than normal bullets from what I’ve seen… shot a few white tails through the neck at 75 yards DRT , same with coyotes out to 300 even with bad hits. They can’t make it far with all the internal damage from the petals that shear off.

    Some new found friends

Posted by UC on May 22nd 2022

Using these bullets in 224 (.223 semi auto), 22/250, 6.5 Creedmore, 6.5 PRC, and 300 WSM. Great performance in easy loading, super accuracy and DRT or less than 20 yds on all game shot. As long as I hit in the vital there’s little or no meat damage.

    Does very well

    Posted by Formula99 on May 10th 2022

I’m driving these at 3135 fps in a 20 inch AR15 and Performance so far on boar as big as 150 pounds has been phenomenal, most have been DRT. Accuracy has been Moa or less with an occasional flyer but I’m not using top line brass.

UNTIL BETTER Weather they are 4 star so far

Posted by Clifford P. on Jan 5th 2018

After I can shoot them in the Spring, they may become five star performers. They loaded nicely, I reserve the performance rating till the weather gets out of the too cold to shoot outdoor range, since I will not shoot these indoor.
