Controlled Chaos bullets offer the best of both worlds when it comes to ballistic performance. This bullet is optimal for use in 300 Blackout and .308 Winchester loads.

Please note that these are bullets (projectiles) only for reloading. This product is not loaded ammunition that is ready to use in a firearm.

There are two philosophies when it comes to bullets. One believes rapid expansion, moderate penetration, and weight loss are best, while the other believes that moderate expansion, deep penetration, and virtually no weight loss are best. Both have their virtues and applications, but why settle for one or the other when you can have both?

Controlled Chaos ® bullets offer the best of both. Once fluid is impacted, they shed the front portion of the bullet into multiple petals that radiate outward away from the bullets initial trajectory path resulting in a massive energy spike. The bore diameter base of the bullet continues and penetrates deeply in a straight line. Both the temporary and permanent wound cavity created by this bullet separation is dramatic resulting in quick incapacitation.  The solid base creates additional tissue damage and often results in full penetration of the animal.

The Controlled Chaos ® bullet doesn’t expand or fragment when it impacts hard barriers like drywall, only when it impacts fluid, where it expands, fractures, and does its devastation.

No other bullet on the market offers the accuracy and repeatable terminal performance of the Controlled Chaos ®.

Controlled Chaos ® bullets are currently available in the following diameters: .204, .224, .243, .257, .264, .277, .284, .308, .311, .355, and .358.

Solid copper Controlled Chaos ® bullets meet the criteria of states and jurisdictions calling for lead-free projectiles.

Quality over quantity any day !

Awesome projectiles for reloading supersonic 300 BLK! Used LH load data to start and have honed in my load. Consistent results every time with a DD PDW. Drops whatever you’re after first round, besides trees.. 100% kinetic energy transfer = less rounds fired, especially in todays market. I was lucky enough to get more on Black Friday and look forward to being a repeat customer!

    Great 300BLK supersonic hunting bullet

Posted by Brandon on Feb 24th 2018

With 19.5gr of H110 I'm getting 2,075 fps from my 8", 2,206 fps avg from both of my 10.5", & 2,296 fps from my 16" 300BLK barrels. Put one just right of the center of a 200 lb hog's forehead at 60 yds. He didn't even know he got shot. No running, squealing, or twitching, just DRT. Other than a little from the entrance hole, the only other blood was coming out of his right ear. This hog had been tearing up a ladies property and she asked me to take him out. This bullet got the job done. The lady was happy, I had some fun, and the hog didn't suffer one bit. I couldn't be happier with the way this bullet performed.

    great bullet in blk out

i load these in 2-300 blks. a ruger American and stag upper both 1-7" and 16'' barrels. I load them with a very stiff load of lil'gun and get 2511fps out of the ruger that prints 4 shot 5/8'' at 100yds and the stag upper is right at 1''. I lined up 4 water jugs at 200yds and peddles stopped in second jug and the back/main body stopped in the 4th jug. impact velocity should have been in the 1940fps range. the peddles curled back from the tip and broke off at the deeper grove. this fall I shot my first deer with them and very please with the outcome. it was a broadside double lung shot at approx. 50yds. the deer went 30-40yds with a easy to follow blood trail. the exit wound was around 1-1/2''. I feel very comfortable using this for deer out to at least 200yds. I'm thinking about loading them into my 308win also. this is a nice low recoil round in the blackout!

    It's a deer's worst nightmare.

I've bought quite a few of these bullets to use in my 16" .300 Blackout. Well, today we dropped a mature doe at just over 50 yds. She was a meat deer so I took a head shot and the bullet did it's job flawlessly. My doe fell where she stood and expired very quickly. Thank you LeHigh for an awesome product.
