Every Wilson Combat® match barrel is machined from 416R Stainless Steel and tempered with heat to R/C 40 for maximum durability. Manufacturing tolerances are kept under a super tight 0.0005" (half a thousandth inch!) to ensure optimal accuracy!
To guarantee accuracy, we have gone the extra mile to ensure that each barrel's chamber is silky smooth and perfectly aligned with its bore. Testing has shown shot groups of ½" at 25 yards to be regular results in our barrels—so you know it will exceed your expectations! We carry out multiple quality checks throughout the production process to make sure every barrel lives up to the Wilson name—so when you see 'Wilson' on a barrel, you can be certain that it is unequivocally top-notch.

Fits Like A Glove!
I purchased one for a 1911 project and it was going to need some machining work to fit. Too much for me to do in my garage. So I decided to see how it fit in my Kimber Stainless Target II. Wow! Literally dropped right in with ZERO work. Good job Wilson Combat!!!

Superb Barrel
I got this barrel for Christmas for my Kimber. After getting it to fit the bushing of which I used wilsons bullet proof bushing it has nearly a flush fit. I also ordered the 5 pack of barrel links to ensure everything went together ok. After very minor fitting it went together perfect. I also polished the feed ramps and chamber to glass and it cycles perfect. Feeds perfect. The Accuracy is beyond what I could have hoped for. Aim dead on it hits dead on. It will put rounds in the same hole when you take your time and use proper fundamentals. It took an old Kimber I bought as a toy when I came home from my first tour in Iraq in 2004 and made it a leathal tool Id happily take into a fight. THANK YOU Wilson!!!

The hood needed to be filed down a little on one side but once done, it fit perfectly and the bushing dropped right in. Very happy with Wilson products and I would recommend to anyone.

Phenomenal Product
It is very rare that I come across an item that I consider exceptional to the point that it deserves extra time for me to take out of my day to review it. Even the worst items I ever bought did not get the extra attention. If there is any one part for your 1911 that you are going to buy, let it be a Wilson Combat barrel. After putting multiple barrels through my 1911, I have determined that in terms of fit, accuracy, and sheer overall quality, Wilson Combat barrels are unmatched. Kimber Saver!
Got this Barrel for My Kimber Super Carry Custom. The barrel fit like a glove, no fitting just went right in. The bushing needed to be fit, but that was no big deal. This has saved my gun, 200 rounds so far without a single FTF. Where before it was at least once a mag. Thanks Wilson for excellent parts and service!

A Must Have..!!
A must have if your serious about accuracy. Does require some fitting, but well worth it. Quality is excellant. Range results were awesome to say the least. Excellent product that worked well in my springfield loaded.
