Get your 5" Wilson Combat match-grade barrel today and upgrade your stock barrel for improved accuracy and performance. Our match grade barrels have slightly larger than necessary lock-up areas, and must be precisely customized to fit the pistol.
Wilson Combat® Match-Grade Barrels are the benchmark of high quality and precision. Every Wilson Combat® match barrel is machined from 416R Stainless Steel and tempered with heat to R/C 40 for maximum durability. Manufacturing tolerances are kept under a super tight 0.0005" (half a thousandth inch!) to ensure optimal accuracy!
To guarantee accuracy, we have gone the extra mile to ensure that each barrel's chamber is silky smooth and perfectly aligned with its bore. Testing has shown shot groups of ½" at 25 yards to be regular results in our barrels—so you know it will exceed your expectations! We carry out multiple quality checks throughout the production process to make sure every barrel lives up to the Wilson name—so when you see 'Wilson' on a barrel, you can be certain that it is unequivocally top-notch.
To ensure maximum reliability in alloy frame pistols, it is highly recommended that ramped barrels are utilized. Unless differently specified by customers, all ramped barrels will incorporate a Wilson cut for exceptional results.

Unbelievably Accurate!
It took quite a bit of fitting, as the barrel and the bushing werent anywhere near drop in, but when fitted in my 100 Years of Service Colt .45, an already wonderful shooter became an unreal shooter. Just the barrel alone tightened up my groups 2.5 to 3 inches! This is the real deal!

World Class Accuracy
Had my Colt 1911 70 Series Government model upgraged with almost all of the Bullet Proof parts and this barrel. With their trigger job and barrel install my groups were tightened significantly. Can put round after round though the same hole at 15 yards. I have absolute confidence in shooting vital area shots at 50 yards, as I practice at that range for capability of military marksman qualifications. Have used multiple barrels and setups from most makers and systems in the 1911 style, and this barrel by far outdoes them all and drastically. Like a Krieger barrel for your Colt. Exceptional Wilson, will be using your parts exclusively.
