Fits exactly on Kimber
I have a Kimber Pro model that has been reliable for years, but recently began having erratic failures. Stovepipes were most common and I suspect the extractor. Tension on the extractor was good, but testing rotation of the extractor showed it was clocking. I decided to order this Wilson Combat firing pin stop and a new Wilson Combat extractor. I was expecting this firing pin stop to be over sized and need a lot of fitting. But it dropped right into the Kimber and fit much more snugly than the original part, which had become loose over the years. The clocking of the original extractor was significantly reduced. This part alone essentially fixed the gun. I went ahead and also installed the Wilson Combat 80 series extractor and the fit was perfectly tight on the Wilson Combat firing pin stop. Absolutely no movement at all and zero clocking.

The Pin Stops Here
I got this to uprade the stop in my Custom II. The WC part is noticeably thicker in the 8 o'clock area where the stop is cut to clear the ejector. It fit right into my gun and just needed minor filing/shaping on the bottom edge to make it function perfectly.

Purchased this firing pin stop as part of a huge upgrade on my Sig Sauer 1911 XO. Im updating all of the MIM parts to Wilson Bullet-Proof parts due to the high quality and longevity. This firing pin stop was a better than perfect replacement for the firing pin stop in the Sig 1911. It drops in nice and tight - exactly what you want with a firing pin stop. Worked great with the stock XO firing pin and with the new Wilson Bullet Proof firing pin I just added.

Another Great Bulletproof Part
Wilson Combat bullet proof parts are amazing in fit and quality, so far I have used them all in a current build, some fitting here and there, but that is the difference between a custom 1911 and a off the shelf 1911.
