I saw a review for the full length guide rod and chrome silicon spring. I figured it's Wilson what can go wrong. Let's just say nothing. From ordering to fast shipping to installation was AMAZING!!!. I have an older Taurus and it now has all Wilson internals. The rod and spring make it feel almost like new. TYVM Wilson!!! Still the best in both price and quality.

Excellent Upgrade For My Sa 9Mm 1911
I needed a FLGR for my SA 9mm target/loaded 1911. This part dropped in and works flawlessly with that particular gun. Makes disassemly a lot easier, as well - no more Allen key needed!

When I ordered this item I hadn’t realized that the guide rod plug protrudes out past the barrel bushing it looks Mickey Mouse I will not be using this

Fits right into the gun! Functions properly and more smoothly than the half length guide rod included. If you purchase this item however, I recommend you have gun lubricant and a barrel lug wrench to ease installation.
