NOTE: To get a tight and secure fit with this handguard, the screws have been specially tapered. To stop any galling or corrosion of softer rails during installation, make sure to apply some grease lightly to each screw’s tapered shoulder. If you find that one of these screws is stuck at any point, don't try removing it; immediately contact Wilson Combat's customer service team for help.

Excellent dollar for dollar product
The fit and finish are excellent and they match up well with my Aero upper. Yes, working with the "timing" for alignment with the barrel nut, but that's an easy trade-off to get away from clench type handguards that can lead to uneven barrel alignment. Regarding some other critiques about the finish not matching receivers, that is inevitable as 6000 series aluminum used with most handguards will anodize differently than with 7000 series aluminum used in most receivers. Thus, this is not unique to WC parts... the same issue exists with brands from PSA to Aero, and to Noveske. So, in all, these handguards are a great buy... and if matched finishing is critical, you can always rattle-can or Cerakote everything.

nice part could be better
Nice hand guard, too bad the finish doesn't match the finish on the Wilson upper and lower AR receivers.
