Wilson Combat

Our engineering team has crafted the Wilson Combat M-LOK AR-15 handguard system to be one of the lightest, sturdiest, and most customizable free-floating rail systems available.

Our engineering team has crafted the Wilson Combat M-LOK AR handguard system to be one of the lightest, sturdiest, and most customizable free-floating rail systems available. Crafted on superior 5-axis CNC machines from robust 6005A-T5 aircraft aluminum with a sleek Mil-Spec hard anodized finish, this rail handguard/interface is powerful yet doesn't come at the cost of stability or accuracy as bulkier designs do.

Our robust nitrocarburized 4130 steel barrel attachment nut ensures that heat is kept to a minimum, while the ergonomic design of our handguard creates an effortless firing experience. Furthermore, with three different M-LOK positions at six, nine, and twelve o'clock you can swiftly mount various shooting accessories from any brand in the industry. To make it even better for users who previously used Wilson Combat T.R.I.M rail designs: we've made sure that this new M-Lok model would be interchangeable without complication or fuss!

  • Length: 15"
  • AR-15
  • Overall weight with attachments: 12.2 oz.
  • Mil-spec hard anodized black finish
  • 1.350" internal diameter is compatible with most low profile gas blocks
  • Machined from 6005A-T5 aluminum extrusion

NOTE: For installation instructions, click here.

NOTE: Because of the long overall length we recommend the use of a 16" or longer barrel to clear the front of the rail.

NOTE: To get a tight and secure fit with this handguard, the screws have been specially tapered. To stop any galling or corrosion of softer rails during installation, make sure to apply some grease lightly to each screw’s tapered shoulder. If you find that one of these screws is stuck at any point, don't try removing it; immediately contact Wilson Combat's customer service team for help.

    Great rail

Posted by D. Hicks on Feb 28th 2026

I have purchased several WC AR 15 handguards. Have not had any issues requiring anti rotation tabs. I just recently installed a SLR adjustable gas block on my 6mm Arc build. No issues whatsoever between it and the handguard. Getting ready to order another handguard for a build with a funky Outlier barrel.

    A great sturdy rail

A great sturdy rail my only issue is the lack of qd mounting options I would prefer to have it drilled into the handguard rather than buying an mlok cup

    So much to say actually

While a few easy fixes would make this handguard ideal, but for what it costs you can’t go wrong. The AR-10 handrail design is a bit sturdier but requires more skill to clock it right. Hear me out, center the screw holes from the barrel nut in the holes from the handguard as best as you can with Aero barrel Shims and the ones provided by Wilson. The more centered you get it the more play you take out and thus the better product. The locator tab idea won’t work as Wilson’s billet upper is a different dimension that the usual forged. It simply wouldn’t work. Ask me how I know.

    Excellent product

    Posted by Cipher032 on Dec 29th 2023

I am not a bot lol ok. I have a BCA side charger upper receiver and not every rail will fit because of its none standard dimensions (anti-rotation tabs for example). I found this one not knowing Wilson Combat even made their own rails. Price was too good and it seemed like it would work fine. My expectations were relatively high because WC makes absolutely outstanding products and I was not disappointed in the least. This is a very simple streamlined rail with absolutely nothing unnecessary. It fit seamlessly. I was able to time it very easily and is rock solid. Seriously, very happy and a steps above content with the outcome. I would definitely buy this again and recommend it. It's not crazy expensive but it's still something that can stand with the other big name's rails.

    Not bad

Posted by Jeb on Aug 9th 2023

First, I’m the biggest Wilson fanboy on the planet and feedback I have could be considered nitpicking! I bought this handguard to pair with Wilson’s matched billet receiver set. While everything fits well, the finish is quite different. The handguard has a matte finish, while the receivers give off a sheen. I was hoping they’d be the same to give the finished gun a more cohesive look. Not a big deal, but worth noting.

    Slr Rifleworks Sentry Gas Block

the WC M-LOK AR-15, 15" doesn't play well with the WC SLR Rifleworks Sentry gas block.

    Awesome But.......

Posted by Mike Babb on Sep 15th 2022

The handguard is awesome, absolutely rock solid and made even better when adding the Armor-tuff finish. This would easily be rated 5 stars if they could make them custom or fixed a couple minor issues. The only real issues are that it is kind of a pain to align the barrel nut and handguard and on my upper there is a very small gap between the handguard and the upper receiver. Keep in mind that I am just being kind of nitpicky and realize that if it was easier to torque down and line up it then it would probably not be as rock solid. Also anti-rotation tabs would be a nice addition. With that being said I highly recommend picking this up.

    Nice Rail

Posted by James Hendrickson on Sep 16th 2021

Fit and finish are very nice. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is the lack of anti-rotation tabs. It would make it much easier to line up the rail and take the onus off of the barrel nut to keep everything from loosening. Overall it's a good rail though.

The Review Below Is Really Dumb

Posted by Anonymous on Mar 12th 2020

SLR Rifleworks, don’t you think it would be more appropriate to see how the handguard works with a Wilson Combat gas block? Not sure why you give this one star when it clearly states what the inner diameter of the handguard is on the product description. If the Sentry has block has a diameter greater than 1.35 inches than obviously it won’t fit. Reviews like yours do nothing to help the consumer make the right choice, but rather just serve as some sort of self gratifying type revenge for YOU because YOU can’t accept the fact that you made a dumb decision when you purchased the handguard/gas-block combo that you did.
