Excellent!
This is a great upgrade, creates a rounded butt on the grip and is more comfortable on the heel of the hand, and looks great, in addition to easing the magazine change. The roll pin that holds mine in was a super tight fit, but it went through. the length of the plunger going up to the hammer spring is the same as the OEM. Shipping charge is very high, $28 for this and the deluxe hammer, wish there was a cheaper alternative to UPS.

Glad I purchased it
Bought this mag well guide for my 92x compact, was a little skeptical because of some reviews. Don’t pay any attention to those bad reviews, this mag guide is perfect, it not only makes fast mag changes a breeze but also gives a little more length on the grip frame for a guy like me that has big mitts , it took me a grand total of about five minutes to install, easy peasy. That’s why I’ve been getting parts for my 1911s since the early nineties is because Wilson always delivers.

Poor Quality Control
Ordered & received 2 Compact mag guides. One fit & would install on both of my 92 Compacts. The other wouldn’t install due to hole drilled offset. I am empirically disappointed with the lapse in WC quality. I expected more considering the price point. I’ve contacted the reseller & now understand this not to be a isolated incident.

Doesnt Fit - Compresses Hammer Spring
Basically doesn’t fit. You have to force it to fit by drilling a hole or enlarging it with a drill. Also is it longer than the loop so it drastically increases your DA trigger weight. I had a 12# and now it feels like a 16#

First Item I Installed
Great product, well made. Much better look than the lanyard loop. I am an idiot and tried to use a nail punch to drive out the roll pin and then install this beast. Nicked it a bit but still looks great. Was a fun first gunsmithing project. Inspired me to buy a set of roll pin punches and a hammer. Beretta looks better and better

I installed this WC Magazine Guide on my Beretta LTT 92X Compact. It does indeed fit, & after some extra effort, this part installed perfectly 👍No filing, grinding off, or adjusting necessary. I did discover that my 17rd Mecgar magazine with the X-Grip Extension won’t work w/o filing off the back portion, no problem. I love this WC Mag Guide, so much, I also installed ☝️ on my Beretta 92X Centurion 😁
