    .5" MOA with this barrel

Posted by Jared on Nov 9th 2025

I use wilson barrels and bolts in all my quality builds. This barrel just flat out performs! Shoots 1/2" groups at 100 yards with 169 smk @ 2650 fps. Just shot my very first 300 yard competition and placed in the upper field and shot at a "High Master" level. I credit wilson parts for the great performance. I will be a customer for life.

    This is the barrel

I purchased this last year for an AR10 Aero build I was doing. Best decision I made on that rifle was this barrel. Tack driver, hitting steel at 1000 yards.

    Highly accurate

Posted by Stix on Mar 18th 2024

Absolutely hands down the most accurate barrel and bolt combo on the market! I've used several of these barrels and BCG in many different brand of uppers with excellent results. All shoot around .5moa to .75moa. Everyone that sees how well it shoots, ditches their barrel for a wilson. Can't go wrong.

    Supreme products

I thought about not leaving a review of the 20inch super sniper 308 because it seems everyone on here is saying the same thing. (Shoots great .5 MOA) Well lol mine shoots great too! I shot 9/16ths inch on my first 3rd group at 100 with factory 168 SMK. Before owning this Wilson Combat rifle i had never even attempted 1000yds. My 2nd round fired at 1000 yards (ever) was a solid hit. Great products really help this average American.

    Won't complain and shooting great

Replaced my springfeild saint 308 18" barrel with a wilson combat 20" super sniper. the saint was all over the place....only to find the barrel nut was loose when I changed. Zero was just today and could not be more happy. Barrel sighting at 50 yards my first shoot was 2 moa high and 2 left. And quick change and dead center where I was aiming. Moved out to 100 yard and slightly high. Adjusted and right on target again. Then the next 2 shots didn't hit the paper? ....... so went out covered all holes and shot again. Dead center... so I covered that and tried again. Dead center. Shots were ontop of each there on standard 168 grain. Very happy Moved out to 250 yards and hit 3 targets. 6" 3" and 2" steel. After that a couple golf balls hung at that distance. And in 6 shots hit 3 of them. Barrel is consistent and not effected much by heat. Long story but great choice on my part so far. Buy with confidence.

    Sub MOA is a breeze

Posted by Jordan on Aug 17th 2023

I got this barrel on sale for $275 and I can't believe the accuracy for the price. The first group shot from the barrel was .75MOA with m80 ball... Eight different match grade ammo was tested. Federal GMM 168, Winchester Match 168, Fiocci 168, Fiocci 175, S&B 168, Hornady black and Hornady Match both in 168. All five round groups shot about five minutes apart and not a single group was over an inch. The Winchester and Federal both shot .5MOA! Couldn't be happier.

    Excellent

Posted by Bill B on Dec 26th 2022

So I'll preface my long winded review by saying this is an excellent barrel, buy with confidence. My AR10 build previously had a custom made Bartlein barrel from a well-known semi auto builder. After 1,600 rounds of troubleshooting and failure to get it to group below 1.5-2 MOA I did send it back. Several months later when I received the completed upper back I saw no change in performance, which lead me to try out the 20-inch Wilson Combat Super Sniper fluted barrel. When installing the 20-inch Super Sniper barrel I bedded it into the upper receiver and squared the receiver face before torquing it to about 70 ft/lbs. My first range trip I shot 168gr FGMM and right out of the gate it was stacking shots well below 1 MOA. I prefer to reload, so my next range trip I went back with a pet load for 175gr SMK and also ran a ladder test with Varget and IMR 4064. Varget was the accuracy winner with Federal Brass, CCI #34, 42gr Varget, and a 175gr SMK printing 0.6 MOA groups. Velocity chrono'd at 2,500 fps which seems to be in the right ball park. I then walked out to 600 yards and confirmed data. At 400 yards I shot a 10-shot group in the standing position off of a PRS barricade where 8/10 shots fell into just under 1 MOA. The first 2 shots I had to adjust for wind to get centered. Overall this barrel has certainly performed when it comes to accuracy and there are no issues cycling either. Very happy and would certainly recommend this barrel .

    Really Awesome Barrell

Posted by Jeff Rogers on Mar 6th 2022

I put together an AR10 using this barrel and went to the long range. Started at 600 yards and quickly worked my way to the X ring. Went to 800 dialed in my target turret per a ballistic calculator and minus 4 moa because the bullets were swimming so well. Hit the X first shot. Went to 1000 yards wind kicked up but was still hitting the X and the guys in the target pit confirmed my bullets were still super sonic through 1000 yards - my recipe is the Hornady 176 gr A-tip match, enough IMR 8208 XBR to push the bullet to 2450 fps at the muzzle. Big Man FUN!!!
