    Legendary Wilson, combat quality

    I had bought this a few years ago. I was struggling to shoot any kind of good group with it. Had a leupold AR. series scope on the gun. The groups were all over the place. Sent the scope back to LEUPOLD. They fixed it quickly put it back on the gun with PMCX tac tightened up to about an inch and a quarter with not even great ammo just shot yesterday first box ever of Black Hills 77 grain open tip match I had one ragged hole at 100 yards could not believe it. Don’t know why I doubted this with all my other Wilson barrel shooting one hole in every caliber at 100 yards. This is one of the best barrels I’ve ever owned.

    I mounted the 20" Super Sniper and found it loves 55 grain VMAX. This barrel is a 1/3 moa tack driver. It wreaks havoc on Prairie Dogs at 300+ yards. I'll definitely buy another !

    All I can say is WOW! Tried 4 ladders with varget, accurate 2520 with both 69 and 77 matchkings for it first trip out. Could not pick a load or bullet...they were all lasers. Several @ .35 and a one .25 inch group. My lack of ability had the rest group in the .50 to .60 range. Can only imagine what a better shooter with a rest could do with it. Wow! Easily the most accurate barrel I've ever seen. Wilson barrels all day from now on! 20 in Super sniper in 6 ARC ...Please !!!!!!

    i ordered the 20" super sniper barrel, fluted and threaded for a suppressor. i had it coated in black armor-tuff. this barrel was installed on my DPMS lower by my local gunsmith, it also has a 2 stage trigger.

    Bad Service Bad Quality

    Ordered barrel 11/19, took about 7 days to receive & barrel had paint over spray in barrel extension and inside muzzle. Received wrong barrel. Took about 8 days for new barrel to get painted, I notified customer service to please keep heavy over spray out of barrel extension & muzzle. Finally about 1.5 weeks I receive the correct barrel and still had excessive over spray inside muzzle and thick over spray in barrel extension. Installed barrel and after all this wait barrel is shooting 2”+ groups with factory ammo ranging between 53gr-77gr. Contacted customer service and I have to send barrel in out of my pocket and get back in line to get barrel either replaced or fixed. Bummed out missed out on hunt waiting on replacement barrel and shoots bad Groups.

    Not Worth The Money

    I purchased this barrel for heavier 223 bullets with great expectations but have been disappointed so far. I would have been happy with consistent 1moa groups but no joy. Groups very from 1-5moa. It will come off the upper and I'll look for a replacement and chalk it up to experience.

    Outstanding Barrel

    Best fit and finish of any barrel I've installed. Extremely accurate. My only suggestion would be to add a second dimple, considering the Wilson gas blocks use 2 set screws. This is minor though considering the overall outstanding barrel. Highly recommended!!
