Perfect Fit On My Sig 1911
My Sig 1911 Stainless Rail came with a release that was nickel plated. Just ugly against the matte stainless gun with stainless controls. This release perfectly matched the finish of the stainless. BEST OF ALL? It was a better fit than the one from the factory!

Awesome Drop In Upgrade
This part dropped right into my Mil-Spec Colt 1911 without any fitting. However, to make it operate a little bit more smoother, I did some minor touch-up with 150 and 400 grit sandpaper to remove sharp edges and casting marks. Also needed to trim the grip on this firearm a little bit to prevent interference. Perfect, flawless operation!
