The great state of Texas is well known for the fancy fighting firearms worn by members of the elite Texas Rangers. These fully dressed-up carry guns, often hand engraved, are almost always some version of a 1911 and are traditionally worn at special get-togethers and barbeques by gunmen across Texas. The Wilson Combat Texas BBQ Special is our unique version of this legendary classic--a pistol fancy enough for the most formal gathering but still built to deliver first class shooting performance on the range and on duty. Ultralight Carry Full Size
The new Ultralight Carry was designed from the beginning to be the ultimate full-size carry pistol. The foundation is a fully-machined aluminum frame for reduced weight. When combined with the carry cuts, ball endmill cuts, Round butt frame, concealment beavertail grip safety and hammer, the Ultralight Carry is over 1/2 pound lighter than a comparable steel frame pistol. Experts agree the ultimate carry pistol must be as light as possible while maintaining the shootability of a 5" pistol. The Ultralight Carry is handcrafted with all the features imperative in a daily use pistol. The Vickers Elite starts with our precision-machined and hand-fitted forged slide and frame combination along with our match-grade barrel for impeccable reliability and precise accuracy. Renowned Wilson Combat hand-fitting to rigorous specifications yields a pistol that you can count on regardless of the shooting scenario at hand. We've included the Vickers Tactical logo on the slide and on the proprietary G-10 grips to immediately identify this model in the field. A special .45 caliber Wilson Combat magazine was also developed for this model with extensive input from Vickers based on his deployment experience. Our skilled gunsmiths reduce the grip frame to Vertec size, checker the backstrap to match the front and complete the process with a frame refinish in matte Black Armor Tuff. This pistol comes standard with indestructible Black Cherry G-10 grips.
Some features of the limited production Wilson Combat/Beretta 92G Vertec/Brigadier Tactical include steel ambidextrous decocker-only levers (G model), enhanced Brigadier slide, a modified M9A1 style checkered frame with accessory rail and rounded trigger guard. This model also features enhanced accuracy with an "Elite" style match grade stainless barrel with recessed target crown, the action features a 13lb Chrome Silicone hammer spring for lighter trigger pulls, and Trijicon dovetail tritium front sight and Wilson Combat rear sight. Wilson Combat G-10 grips, Wilson Combat steel guide rod and numerous other features to enhance performance. The 92G Vertec/Brigadier Tactical slide is finished in Beretta black Bruniton with Armor Tuff frame and marked with the Wilson Combat logo and specially serialized to ensure its place in Beretta history.
Although the 92G Vertec/Brigadier Tactical has been optimized by Beretta to meet the needs of high round count tactical and competitive shooters, further customization and finish work is available through Wilson Combat.

Beretta firearms automatically carry a One-Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser for defects in materials or workmanship through Beretta USA. If the original purchaser registers their firearm with Beretta, they will receive an additional two years of warranty coverage for a total of three years.
