• California customers:  All ammunition must be shipped to a valid California ammunition vendor (with a valid California ammunition vendor certificate).
• New Jersey customers:  Hollow-point ammunition is legal to own and use, but is not legal for concealed carry usage. Hollow-point ammunition would be types that use Hornady HAP or Hornady XTP bullets, Speed Gold Dot bullets, Lehigh Defense Controlled Chaos bullets, and Lehigh Defense Controlled Fracturing bullets.  This is not an all-inclusive list and is provided only for quick reference.  Bullets that feature a polymer tip, such as Lehigh Defense Tipped Controlled Chaos, are not considered to be hollow-point.
