The Wilson Combat 11/16" x 24 QUELL "K-mount" interface is designed to function as a flash hider without a suppressor attached, or to provide a quick attach/detach point for .458 caliber suppressors. This version is designed for 14.7" barreled rifles where a pinned and welded flash hider is required to achieve an overall barrel length of 16".
Installing the Wilson Combat .458 caliber QUELL "K-Mount" muzzle interface is effortless with a standard 7/8”, 12-point socket wrench. Its black nitride finish offers extraordinary reductions in flash comparable to that of an M16A1 flash hider, making it one of the most efficient and effective muzzle mounts available today.- and all without needing any additional suppressor!

K-Mount Muzzle Device Installation:
With your rifle unloaded and its barrel supported from twisting in a vise or with an installation tool, install the appropriate K-Mount with finger pressure only to make sure it will smoothly thread on. If the K-Mount screws on smoothly by hand, you can now install to 20 foot-pounds MAX using a 7/8" 12-point socket attachment on a calibrated torque wrench inserted in the muzzle end. For a semi-permanent installation that is also heat-resistant, apply Rocksett on the barrel threads prior to installation.
