The Tipped Controlled Chaos they shed the front portion of the bullet into multiple curled petals (normally 5-7) that radiate outward away from the bullets initial trajectory path resulting in a massive energy spike. This bullet is optimal for use in 6.5mm Creedmoor rifle loads.
